This little “beast” from MIlwaukee is another great bying choice and it comes from this elite USA company again .

It’s very powerfull , it can reach the 24.000RPM !!! and it’s a battery sander , if you want to be more portable and not lose your desirable power features .

The design is extrememly focused for comfort while working and your hand will “lock” immediately in its hande , having a great grip , feeling and less fatigue .

It’s not heavy it’s in the 3 pounds area . The speed is variable and the dust collector system is placed as tight as possible for the best possible dust locking inside .

This is a very nice machine made to last long , performing top . The Milwaukee quality and prestige is undeniable .

The DEWALT Air Sander , 12k RPM Professional Palm Sander .

The pneumatic sanders are a very modern and capable machines and i think they’re a very wise invention , giving an amazing advantage( have more ) to the woodworker .

What advantage ? There are super extra lighweight , without losing any of their features .

This DEWALT is a characteristic combination of low price ( around the 90$) and professionalism .

It’s a solid made sander to withstand difficulties , it’s very comfort in the hand and it weights 0.01 ounces , which is less than 300 grams !!!

It’s a little more noisy even if the air control is very good , but the air tools do that . The trigger is super sensitive ( as it should be ) and it can reach the 12.000RPM , giving you spinning and sanding power .

I don’t have an air compresser , but i’ve tried this kind of sanders in friendly carpenter places and i’ve enjoyed them much . The lightweight feature is a super advantage .

The 3M Random Orbital Sander – Pneumatic Palm Sander – 5” .

This is the most expensive air sander i want to suggest and i don’t think you should go higher concerning the price and capabilities combination .

It’s made from aluminum , it’s very handy in the hand , of course super light and you won’t need more power(0.8hp) for anything you do , even if you’re a totally professional , you have a carpentry shop , et.c .

Having this and working for as many hours you want ( another advantage from the battery ones ) , your wrist will be in top shape , from the low vibration . Its motor is designed and balanced for this .

You miss time , replacing your abrasive pads , it’s super easy and i think that the 3M , created a masterpiece in here , in the 200$ area .

The last two sander aren’t orbital ones , but there’re must for woodworking for flat surfaces and ok , if you’re a little more experienced , you can sand – rub rotary in some cases .

The second one is super top sander and i should tell you that i didn’t expect to find it . I’ve used a similar one in the past and i couldn’t find it again .

The DEWALT Electric Sander , 1/4-Inch Sheet .

This electric DEWALT is for flat wooden surfaces and it can reach the 14.000RPM , to give you amount of power in all wood types . It’s powerfull enough .

It has the classical and very handy grabbing design for your palm and it’s made having lower general height , to give this “close and above” feeling and control .

It has two serious impovements , one in the switch which it has a rubber coverage for the dust and the other , is the better 1/4″ sandpaper clamps , in order to hold them better .

The general quality doesn’t need any introduction from me . It’s a DEWALT .

The Ingersoll Rand 315 15” Straight Line Air Sander , Heavy Duty .

I don’t want to say “big words” that i love this air sander from Ingersoll , but for sure i LIKE it very much , even if i haven’t worked much with type of sanders , cause i don’t have an air compressor .

You’ll like this 15″ “beast” sander from the first time you’ll work with it .

The handling and its grip is extra super top and handy . You’ll fit with it in a glimpse . There is no easier way to sand wood in large surfaces with the less sweat , than this 15″ heavy duty and twin piston sander .

It’s very powerfull to sand hardwood and put the roughest sandpaper grit you like and it can “catch” the 3.000RPM / min strokes . It produces not much of vibration and your arms and shoulders will thank you .

Just follow the instructions and lubricate its pipe mouth with a little oil and don’t force it to work , pressing above it with your body weight . Let it work on its own weight .

Yes , as you may notice(!) , i like this long sander “beast” .
